Our Process


Sudina Search was founded on the concept of building lasting relationships. With almost 40 years of a combined variety of experience, we pride ourselves on being able to build relationships at all levels. Though each of our team members has a unique style of their own, the foundational approach continues to stay the same – clean, simple, and informative.

THE SEARCH

We know searching for a job can be a job within itself – and quite frankly, it’s stressful. Whether you’re in the beginning stages of your search or are in the process of doing interviews, take a breath and browse our Careers page for our open positions. See something that intrigues you? SCREENING

The first step in our process is the Screening. We’ll coordinate a time that works for you and your busy schedule to go in detailed depth of your skillset, what you’re looking for, and why you’re looking for it. We’ll cover if you’re active on the market and why, what’s important to you/what you’re looking for, and what your salary expectations are.

Our recruiters are great resources to help you stay abreast of the current market we’re in, and they’ll help you navigate your way through it.

THE INTERVIEW & FEEDBACK STAGE

Once our Talent Team has matched you with a position after going into detail regarding your skillset and expectations, we’ll submit your resume to our client. We have direct relationships with our clientele, and can fast-track your resume directly to the hiring manager – this means skipping out on your resume possibly getting over-looked in the hustle and bustle of a busy inbox.

One of two things will happen next –

1) You’ve landed an interview – congratulations! Once a day & time is confirmed, we’ll provide a detailed summary email that will provide company and position information for your review. We’ll then provide a ‘Prep-Call’ prior to the interview, where our Account Managers will help you prepare for your interview; discussing who you’ll be speaking with, how the conversation will happen, and to answer any questions you have.

We will stay in close contact with you through the entire interview process, guiding you through the steps.

2) If the client has chosen not to move forward with an interview, we’ll provide any relevant feedback – But don’t worry! Though that position didn’t work out, we will have your necessary information logged in our system where we will reference any time a new role becomes available.

THE OFFER & NEGOTIATION STAGE

So you’re at the offer stage. Great news!

After we’ve debriefed with both you and the client, and have concluded that it’s a match on both sides, our client will present an offer. We know there is a lot to factor into taking a new position – We’ll assist you in navigating through the offer, counter offers, and what to expect next. Who likes hidden agendas? We don’t. We believe in transparency on both sides, so we have already shared all important information when we submitted your resume.
