Provides advanced technical support and expertise to resolve complex system and network issues. Acting as the escalation point for Tier I and II support teams, this role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting high-level technical problems, implementing system improvements, and ensuring optimal system performance. The Tier III Systems Administrator is also responsible for maintaining server environments, network infrastructure, and security protocols.
- Resolve advanced technical issues escalated from Tier I and II support teams.
- Manage, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and enterprise software.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect system integrity.
- Conduct root-cause analysis to prevent recurring issues and improve system reliability.
- Document technical processes and provide guidance to support staff.
