- Interact with other departments in the company on a daily basis with best practices, processes and procedures for the optimal financial and operating performance of the company.
- Learn, understand and use our ERP and POS system (NetSuite) daily to complete tasks and interact with other team members. All functions except for payroll are processed within NetSuite.
- Participate in the continued implementation and integration process for NetSuite.
- Process credit card payments from customers, apply to accounts and deposit daily.
- Prepare payment application and deposit of checks daily.
- Prepare payroll on a biweekly basis. Make payments and process reporting for withholding deposits for taxes, insurance, pension plan, etc.
- 3-5+ years of bookkeeping and/or accounting experience
- Work history must demonstrate the ability to work and interact with a diverse group of stakeholders to accomplish tasks.
- Experience with NetSuite is highly desirable.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
