Responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network and system infrastructure at various client locations. This role involves on-site technical support, system diagnostics, and ensuring optimal network performance to meet client needs. The Field Engineer works closely with IT teams, providing expertise in network configurations, hardware installations, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, servers, and systems at client sites.
• Diagnose and resolve network and system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and effective performance.
• Conduct routine maintenance and updates on IT infrastructure to ensure security and reliability.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet project requirements and resolve technical challenges.
• Document work performed and provide training or guidance to clients as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in network and systems engineering, with relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+).
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, security, and troubleshooting tools.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
