Position Overview:
The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, identifying system requirements, and supporting the implementation of IT solutions that align with business goals. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, gathering and documenting business requirements, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure system functionality meets business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for system development or enhancements.
  • Work with IT teams to ensure system solutions align with business objectives.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems meet user requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, user guides, and technical specifications.
  • Analyze data and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Support training efforts for end-users on new systems and processes.
  • Participate in project planning and manage tasks to ensure timely project completion.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to recommend improvements.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and systems integration.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
