This individual will be instrumental in ensuring the financial health of a manufacturing plant through effective cost accounting practices and strategic financial management. The Site Controller will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing financial processes within the manufacturing facility, with a primary focus on cost accounting. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Requirements include:

Strong cost accounting experience at the plant level
Minimum of (10) years experience in an accounting, preferably with a manufacturing environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Strong knowledge of US GAAP
Ability to effectively communicate with management, public groups, peers and staff
Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus
