Fantastic manufacturing client seeks a dynamic and experienced Plant Controller to join their finance team and play a crucial role in managing the financial performance of a manufacturing facility. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, analysis, and control within the plant, with a strong emphasis on cost accounting. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiency initiatives, provide accurate and timely financial information, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Requirements include:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Minimum of (10) years experience in an accounting position, preferably with a manufacturing environment
Strong cost accounting experience at the plant level
Strong knowledge of US GAAP
Ability to effectively communicate with management, public groups, peers and staff
Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus

Strong compensation and benefits package: ~$180k base + bonus
