Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CMA) is a plus.
• Proven experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, cost allocation methods, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Problem-solving orientation with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
