Thriving commercial real estate firm seeks a Controller for its property management division. Excellent opportunity to join a top-notch Baltimore area company known for its steady history of success and how it treats its employees.
As part of the executive committee, the Controller will oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the multiple entities that comprise the property management division. In addition to managing cash, preparing financial statements, and developing budgets and forecasts for all of the operating entities, he or she will prepare financial reports for lenders and the Board of Directors. The Controller will supervise a small staff and be a member of the Executive Committee of the firm.
The ideal candidate possesses several years of commercial property management accounting experience, proficiency in Excel and MRI software, and strong leadership skills.
