One of Maryland’s most successful family-owned business has a rare opportunity for a new financial leader. You will direct all financial functions and transactions company-wide including cash management, internal controls, audit, budgeting and risk management. With a steady reliable Controller and staff already in place, you will be responsible for advising ownership and division leaders of company performance and ongoing company strategy. Responsibilities also include managing banking relationships, capital financing, and acquisitions.
- Experience implementing financial controls and providing operational key metric reports which enable proactive ownership decisions on a daily/weekly/monthly basis will drive your success as a candidate.
- The ideal candidate will have a history of creating a value added/ return on investment corporate mentality and fostering a team environment to benefit company growth and profitability.
- 10+ years of accounting and finance leadership and a CPA desired.
